The Cybernetic Head Replacement Augment Version 3 "Servo" Headcase is a modified version of an old "Class-D" headcase, of which many were found on Eden-227, separated from their owners. Permission was granted by live users of these cybernetic replacements for NHI's medical branch, HMC, to experiment and upgrade these headcases into what they are now, with many AV/03s being sold across the world for those nearly beyond saving.

"Servos" themselves are humans with cybernetic replacements. While servo organs should function identical to their organic counterparts, NHI has worked together with ArmaX to upgrade and modularize the original, resulting in the AV/03 series.
