Created by activating sharp beams of fluorescent, radioactive, deep blue glazes onto a normal brim fedora. Doing so made it wider and added little dangly strings. Creating this hat to wear in real life would be dangerous, so we created it in the 2023 Virtual Innovation Awards instead.
