Toxic Axe

This axe has a long history, I shall explain it to you now in the form of a story:
Once, there was a lone blacksmith warrior who hated the idea of being healthy while using his axe. 
He trekked the mountains, the valleys, the 7 seas, until he reached the home of a witch. 
He says to the witch, "Oh, dear Witchie McWitchster! Please, corrupt this blade with your incredible toxic abilities!" 
Disturbed, the witch responds, "Since you called me by such a disgusting moniker, I shall fulfill your request."
After receiving the toxic axe, the blacksmith warrior immediately started foaming by the mouth and died while spasming on the floor.
