Spiff will always carry this on his back along with the rest of his military clothing and his sword. Despite currently being a designated survivor and a lone warrior bringing justice to the world that's now ravaged by creatures that wish to bring nothing but death and destruction.

Perhaps using nuclear weapons In retaliation against said creatures ships after they vaporized the cities wasn't such the brightest of ideas, it's like shooting a hornets nest and having the hornets come out at you, except when their broken ships slammed into the soil they stepped foot onto the world....

But at the same time it could always be worse as the radiation was mostly expelled into the atmosphere meaning the world can quickly recover. But it won't be easy.

Nevertheless those that carry this flag of a fallen nation are destined to restore power, restore the military and eventually restore the crumbled republic slowly but surely....
