방탄모 위장 | Helmet Scrim for Camouflage

방탄모의 위장포 밴드에 풀을 꽂아 만든 위장.

현대 대부분의 방탄모엔 위장패턴이 새겨진 위장포가 씌어진다. 하지만 방탄모 자체의 둥근 실루엣은 특정 환경에 잘 녹아들지 않아 위장 능력이 저하될 수 있다. 이를 보완하기 위해 위장포에 달린 밴드에 추가적으로 풀을 꽂거나 이스라엘군 특유의 헬멧 위장포 미츠네펫 처럼 위장포를 추가하여 헬멧 자체의 실루엣을 뭉게어 더 높은 위장효과를 기대할 수 있다.

Despite helmets can be camouflaged with a covers layered on top of it, its round shape can still make it distinctive and noticeable in some environments. By picking a plants and grasses in the cover's band or having an extra cover such as Israeli army's infamous "Mitznefet", you can make use of it and help with bluring out the helmet's round silhouette itself to blend in with the environment around you.
