What do all these identities mean?
Therianthropy is not a connection, Wanting to be an animal, think you physically are an animal, clinical lycanthropy, gear, quadrobics, past lives ect.
there are many causes of an alterhuman & therians identity, and everyone has a different perspective and experience.
Therians; are individuals who beleive or feel they are non-human animals in a non-physical sense, physiologically and/or spiritual sometimes based on involuntary animalistic behaviors, trauma, neurodivergencies and much more
Polytherians; is the current term for Therianthrope, which identifies with more than one species of nonhuman animal. 
Otherkin; a subculture of people who identify as not entirely human. Some otherkin believe their identity derives from reincarnation, a non-human soul, ancestry, symbolism, or metaphor. Others attribute it to unusual psychology.
