Senior Moderator: People who got promoted to Senior Moderator, by hard work, more additional abilities than Moderator

Administrator: People who passed a Gmail Administrator Application, ability to kick members

Supervisor: People who can hire Moderators, and Senior Moderators, ability to change people's roles below him, promoted to Supervisor by an owner's quiz
