MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS - ANY BELOW ARE QUALIFIED
1) Be Non-Builders Club and be a SGT+ in FEAR.              
2) Be apart of the following divisions:                       
  - Replica Forces, Vanguard, Military Police, High Command  2) Be an Applicant of the Venezian Bank.                     
3) The basic need for raids, and diplomatic events.          
4) Do not own the FEAR uniform.
