Laufey Lin Jónsdóttir, known mononymously as Laufey, is an Icelandic-Chinese singer, cellist, and composer whose music seamlessly blends jazz with classical and pop elements. Born in 1999. 

Laufey grew up in a musically inclined family, with her background deeply rooted in classical music. She gained recognition for her rich, velvety vocals and her nostalgic yet fresh approach to songwriting, often drawing comparisons to the timeless styles of Billie Holiday.
