Arstotzka is a Country within the game Papers, Please which is well known for the capital punishments and forced labor, as well as the series of harsh laws, the game-play of Papers, Please was entirely meant to be based off of an alternate history where most of the countries would have turned into communist countries, thereby forcing labor and everything else as well as harsh, relentless labor to earn your place.

In Arstotzka some of the highest positions you can gain are in the ministries, and the Armed Forces, excluding Glorious Leader, and Glorious Commanding Officer. To earn your position in the ministries, you'll have to strive and work your way up with devout loyalty, the motto of Arstotzka "Glory to Arstotzka!
