The SCP Foundation is a government entrusted organization tasked to protect the world from anomalous entities and their unusual activity. The foundation is run by a council that consists of highly intelligent members. Each department in the foundation is assigned with different goals but, all are key to efficiency in the foundation. The foundation has the one simple goal, which is also their motto, Secure, Contain, Protect.
