We are based on the TV Show the Owl House

The Blight Bloodline

The Blights have a high-standing on the Boiling Isles, and as such, take their status very seriously. The witch family only wants to associate with such for the sake of maintaining their reputation. This, in turn, results in them holding lower-class families and those without power with contempt. They resented lower witches for not sharing the same elitist mindset to become a member of the Emperor's Track.
